Small Business Program

As a trade ally, i3 Energy conducted free energy assessments and calculated energy savings for small businesses throughout the state of Wisconsin. We focused on incentives for interior and exterior lighting, cold case lighting, cooler motors and controls, and anti-sweat door heater controls. After assisting customers through the application process, our own installers completed the upgrades in a timely and professional manner.

Energy Snapshot™ licensing

Energy Snapshot is a customizable software solution for managing either commercial or residential energy efficiency programs. In many cases we bring Energy Snapshot to the table for program implementation. But Energy Snapshot is also available for licensing. It’s used by clients to gathers customer enrollment, site assessment, site photos, and site documentation data. Snapshot calculates savings estimates and produces a visually appealing customer assessment report. Depending on program design, work orders can also be generated clearly showing trade allies what measures they are installing and allowing for final customer review and approval. All documentation is stored within Energy Snapshot which is hosted on Amazon Web Service, the leading cloud provider in the market.

Mobile Homes Initiative

Mobile Home Energy Programs

Our team would assess a mobile home to determine possible updates. This could include a diagnostic analysis with a blower door and photos. We would also check heating and air conditioning, ductwork, and underbelly insulation. The complete assessment would take approximately three hours.

If a home qualified for a furnace and/or air conditioner, a Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning (HVAC) professional would return to install these items and remove the old ones. This step would take approximately 7-10 days.

If a home qualified for underbelly insulation, a contractor would return to complete the installation, a process that could take several days to complete.

Our team would return to do air sealing, duct sealing, and other home improvements which helped reduce air infiltration making a home more comfortable and energy efficient. Our team would also conduct a final blower door test to determine the impacts of the improvements. This step would take place within five days of HVAC installation
